Music and speech share numerous aspects -- cognitive, structural, acoustical, and of language -- in terms of acquisition, production, representation and perception. This list intends to connect the communities that are interested in either area, and will advertise events that are the interface of the speech and the music. We hope this will allow members of both communities to connect and engage in a profitable mutual exchange.
